Option to include location name on more pages

I would like to suggest an improvement. Currently the location name is only displayed on the event page.

I need the location of events on the following layouts:

- sub category layout
- table layout
- calendar layout

I run a website where visitors can register for training events across country. So when they see an interesting event, they should be able to see in a split second where the event is hosted. Currently they need to click too many times in order to find out the location on the events details page.

I also find it quite daft that you provide the location details but it's not showing anywhere. Can anyone explain how to view the location in:

Category view, in the grey box, as a hyperlink/text
Event view, as text and/or google map?
