Option to have a Default Tax Rate for all events or say by Category

At the moment if you have to collect VAT/Sales Tax you have to specify the tax rate in each event. This can be quite time consuming and prone to error if you forget or enter the wrong amount.
It would be nice if you could specify a default tax rate for all events or say category of Events.

This makes it easy to set the tax rules for one or more of the membership plans.
I am sure the code here could be ported quite easily over to Events Booking
