Payment link in offline payment reminder

Hi,
It would be a good thing if the tag [PAYMENT_LINK] would also work in the Offline Payment Reminder.
That way a subscriber would be able to decide to pay quickly by means of an online payment plugin.
I tested it, but it just returns the tag in the mail, not the link.
In our case we would be very much obliged to be able to insert the payment link.

I sent you updated package of Events Booking which support this tag via support ticket

Please test it and update me with the result. If it is working well, I will include this change in core package
