Warning when few places left on event

Hi!

If I have an event with 100 seats. I usually enter some kind of "heads-up" text - when there are only <10 places left. Like: "Soon sold-out", "Almost fully booked". Then people who are interested in the event are pushed to secure their place.

It would be nice if this could be done by the system.  I could enter a value (number or %). When the number of registrants exceed that number, a warning is printed in frontend. It could be a customized text or a flag. Then I don't need to create these warnings manually.
