Reports for the payment and attendance for individual events

Isn't possible have any way to generate payment report and attendance report for individual events

Exactly what kind of report you are looking for? I think the easiest way would be go to Events Booking -> Registrants, select the event you want from events dropdown, and press Export Registrants button in the toolbar to export registrants of that selected event

That should give you all information about registrants of that selected event
