is there a way to create a custom Waiting List message on a per-event basis?
Because of COVID restrictions, I have events that allow 20 physical presence and the rest to be on-line via web conference/meeting.
- Those who will be watching on-line will be sent a link closer to the date and I'd like to create a waiting message which doesn't follow the "you are on the waiting list and you will be contacted if someone cancels" schema.
When the (physical presence) event is full I would like to send those who are put on the "waiting list" a message to say that they will be sent the event link URL and password to view the event.
(Of course I then have to work out how to send different reminders to those going to the physical presence event and those needing a URL and password)
What do others think???
