Hi guys,

We had a few cases where our site would time out during the credit card processing part of a transaction. In these cases, we were not aware of the incomplete sale and on a few occasions the purchase thought they had made a booking and would show up without us knowing. It was embarrassing and at times meant we had overbooked.

Is there a way the system could save the booking before it is handed off to the credit card process?

Then at least we could check to see if there were any bookings that didn’t get completed and we can approach the purchaser and get them to try again with payment.

Hi Matt

Yes it is already saved. If you want to show these incomplete booking records, just go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show Incomplete Payment Records config option to Yes

After that, you can access to Events Booking -> Registrants to see these records (with Pending status)

Thanks for that Tuan. I wish I konew this before. would have saved a lot of embarassment.

While I have you here, what would it cost to have a payment plugin made for our bank. We bank with the St George Bank in Australia.

Usually, it would cost you about 180$ or around that for developing a payment plugin. However, we need to look at the integration document + sample code (in PHP programming language) before giving final quotation

If you are interested, contact the bank support and ask them for the information above and send it to me. I will look at it carefully before giving you quotation
