Custom Fields - Display custom field fees in Invoices

When you create an invoice for an event where you have custom fields you can display the field in the invoice with the format [NAME_OF_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE]
However, if that custom field has an associated fee you can't display the custom field fee amount. The fee is just added to the total before tax, discount and processing fees.
It would be good to show the custom field fees a line item in the invoice so the invoice would look something like this
Event Fee £xxxx
Custom Fees £xx
Discount £x
Sub total
Tax £xx
Total £xxxx

Currently, we do not store fee value for each custom field in database for each subscription, so it is not possible to display that value

Maybe we will be able to support it in the future, but that could only be for new subscriptions only
