Refunds and Credit Notes was created by intouchweb
With event cancellations suddenly happening around the world it has highlighted that both Event Bookings and Membership Pro should have some sort of cancellation/refund functionality.
Tuan what is your thinking on this, is anything planned or currently available?
I am not an accountant but I believe that in Australia we MAY be required to issue Credit Notes on refunds under similar rules to issuing Tax Invoices on payments, perhaps other countries are the same?
If so, it would be nice for an admin to be able to manage this via functionality in the backend, eg the admin make the payment via Paypal and a credit note is automatically issued to the recipient, then being visible in their record archives after logging in etc.
Some discussion on this...?

This would definitely be a nice and usefull feature to have.
it could be refunded with 2 options
1. Refund via Paypal (choose mail) or Default Payment Gateway
2. Refund by issuing a Coupon (auto generate a Coupon in the amount of the refund)
