Allow both category wide and event level custom fields

Hi Tuan

I have been setting up some courses which have a number of common custom fields so category fields are ideal for this. But as there are also a couple of fields that are event specific I have to 'assign custom fields to events' and duplicate the common fields for each event.

It would be great if it were possible to create both category level and event level custom fields.

I'd love this feature too. I think I asked for it years ago when the category / level toggle was added as I often need both! The ability to choose this for each field would be amazing.
