Align ticket pdf filename with ticket number instead of ID number was created by intouchweb
At the moment the auto-generated filename of a ticket when sent as a pdf is in the format;
ticket_000xx.pdf
where xx is the internal ID of the registration.
This is very confusing to the registrant.
For example they may receive their Ticket Number 00030 as "ticket_00059.pdf" instead of the expected "ticket_00030.pdf"
Can we please align the generated ticket filename with the unique ticket number rather than the unique database ID number?

It's not possible as I explained in the support ticket. For a group registration, there will be one ticket file with different tickets sending to billing person. So we could not use ticket number as name of the ticket
