Option to exclude/hide event

It would be a nice feature to have an option (when we create/edit an event) to make that event NOT show on calendar and/or Upcoming Events component view and/or upcoming events module view.

Use Case:
Most of the times, we need to collect some payment from the sponsors and we use Event Booking for that purpose. But we don't want to show that event in the upcoming events module or calendar.

You could use categories for this right?
I do this all the time and have hidden events in certain categories.
