Export Registrants - Exclude Group Billing Records

Hi;

Would it be possible to exclude group booking records from the exported registrants list?

I have 'Include Group Billing Records in registrants management' set to NO.
Group Billing Records are not displayed on the Registrants page but are still included in the Exported Registrants list.
Seeing Group Billing Records are not displayed on the Registrants page I would prefer it if the were excluded from the Export.

It's already possible. You can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Export Registrants Settings tab, set Export Group Billing Records config option to No and it should work as expected

There are many other settings related to export which you can change on that tab

Thanks for your response Tuan. I'd totally missed/forgotten about that configuration page.

There are still some columns I'd like to be able to exclude (ID, Event, Phone, Email & Ticket Code) but I am unable to as they are not on the Export Registrants Settings tab.

For Phone and Email, I believe you can edit these fields and set Hide On Export parameter to Yes to have it excluded from export

For other fields you mentioned, I think it's major fields (it's hard to see a case when you don't need Event Title in the export), so it's always exported

If you don't need these fields, just remove it after it being exported

Tuan, thanks for the heads up about setting 'Hide On Export' to yes in Custom Fields.

I filtered the Registrants List by Event before export, so I don't need the field in the exported file.

'ID' & 'Ticket Code' are of no use to me in the exported file so I would prefer it if they could be excluded too.

Yes I can delete the columns once I have exported the file but that requires post processing of the exported file, which is something I'd like to avoid.

Sometime, you would have to do that manually. An extension could not meet requirement of everyone . Removing it will just take 30 seconds, I guess

If there are more customers require it, I will try to add these config options. For now, I will leave it as how it's and focus working on other improvements
