Add Event Password field to the Front End Event Edit function was created by Russell Noble
Would it be possible to allow the event Edit function to be able to set or remove an Event password?

Hello
What kind of submit event form you are using in the frontend? Simple or Default Layout?
We don't support it now but this can be added easily for the next release
Regards,
Tuan

Actually just the edit function in the front end, not the submit event function.

Edit and submit, actually use the same code. Could you please attach a screenshot of the page so that I can see the layout you are using?

Hello Russell
Just spent sometime to worked on it today. You can access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, update to your site
Then go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Submit Event Form Fields tab, set Show Event Password config option to Yes and it should work as expected
Regards,
Tuan

Sorry Russ. I forgot to commit the change to the package. I now have it added. You can access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site manually, then check it again
The setting should be available, just set it to Yes and you will see the field on submit event form
