Coupon Enhancement

Hi,
Here is the most common scenario that I think EB is missing:

We want to have a coupon such that it can be used by all users but limited to only once by a particular user.

I think EB, as of now, can't do that. This would be a good simple-but-very-useful feature to have in EB.

Yes, I also need this feature so badly.

We can use this feature to provide the same coupon code to all our members in the form of a benefits-for-joining-our-site.
