MULTI CURRENCY was created by John
I guess one of the real missing parts is to have a real multi currency function as seen on many famous sites (booking, airline etc) have.

Currency switcher similar concept as language switcher.

Selecting the switcher would then change all (strings) fields that are clearly currency fields.

Default currency to set or depending on the regio/country /browser setting a person logs in from.

Possibility to add remarks such as:
- Currencies displayed are for understanding only, the invoice will be made in USD.
- Payment in other currency than Euro are subject to exchange rates.
etc

Guess this would be a great improvement, please support this to kindly ask Tuan to take a look at it!

I would also like to see this feature being added to events booking. Todays environment we have plenty of online events and people from all over the world participate in events (whether online or live events). The participants are the customers. They would want to pay in their own currency.

I request Joomdonation team to please consider this as a feature enhancement and include it on their roadmap.

Yes!

Nowadays, with so many events online, we can sell our virtual events anywhere in the world. The lack of multi-currency support is holding us back.

I would simply like to be able to add multiple currencies (say USD, EUR, GBP, AUD), and set prices in each currency for each event. The user can then select their preferred currency for the site, and all information shown and prices given are in that currency.

The payment gateway (I use Stripe) would process the charge in the chosen currency.

Regards,
D
