For special event (need moderation after subscription)

Control of users documentation transfert during event registration

Moderator control manualy each registration (in frontend) approuve or not

if approuve... an email notification send with final payment link / userpage account display payment link

This feature is important for control acces registration for special event

for exemple hunting events or all event requier minimum legal age or licence ...

the event promoter need control each registration before user pay
