Coupon code visibility based on Joomla Groups

I have a need to be able to restrict which Joomla groups are able to see and use the coupon code field.
If Group A are eligible for a coupon, I do not want Group B to be able to use it,
In other words we only want certain groups to be able to use coupon codes.
Ideally this should be able to be controlled globally OR on individual events.
Is there any way that we can currently configure this, otherwise can I please add it to the wish list?

I didn't tested but I think is possible to use the "Access to" field for this
when you edit a coupon you have the option to choose the group which have access to (use? see?) this coupon

the mentioned option seems to validate the coupon use only for the selected group and members from other group cannot use the coupon
