Duplicate registration error message issues

If you have the setting "Prevent duplicate registration" enabled, and someone that has already registered tries to access the registration form, they get the message "This event does not exist or we are no longer accept registration for this event."

I can change the text for that message so that it reads something like "you have already registered for this event", however, if I do that it will be displayed on other event errors which is not a good thing.

There needs to be a separate error message for duplicate registrations so that it can be handled separately.
