[TICKET_NUMBER] and ticket.pdf filename was created by Hans Doeve
I would welcome:

- a tag [TICKET_NUMBER] (similar to tag [INVOICE_number])
- filenaming of the ticket_##.pdf similar to the invoices, that is with a custom prefix as a general configuration option.
