Description field when creating a new coupon

Hi,
As we know, the list of coupons can grow very quickly, and then, as an admin, it becomes difficult to recognize which coupon was created for what purpose, as there can be several admins on a site.

So, it would be a good idea to have a description field when we create a coupon code, and an admin could enter the description for whatever reason so that it could be identified by another admin.

... and the ability to group & sort coupons (and custom fields) into categories or folders!!!

Categories/folders should be collapsible to that you can hide the nested coupons/fields from view,
In the case of custom field categories/folders, and they should be sortable so that you can move the cat/folder up or down within the sort order and have all nested/child fields move together. Also, it would be great to have the option of assigning the category/folder to an event(s), which would display all nested/child fields in the event(s) selected, and the option to just use the cat/folder for organization and let the fields themselves continue to define what event(s) they appear in.
