Joomla needs a rental management extension. Home and vacation property rental business is booming. AirBNB, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, and other leading rental sites have become necessary to rent competitively. However, the task of posting advertisements across these websites has grown. As a result, rental management companies that advertise across the popular websites have sprung up, recently having tens of millions of dollars in venture funding thrown at them. These companies do the back-end work to develop their own platforms that use APIs to interface with the most trafficked rental sites. That cuts their efforts down to size.
What is needed is a way for websites to compete on a more equal footing with the rental management companies such as TurnKey VR and Evolve. That would be needed by those who wish to manage their own properties, condominiums, hotels, and rental management and real estate companies (sometimes one in the same).
OS Solution should develop this because it is needed, the market is exploding and you would have no current competition for an open platform solution (Joomla, Wordpress). I could use it right now but I cannot find anything like this.
