1. A configuration option to ignore (neither show nor count) expired events.
2. A configuration option to change the default magnification of the event location google map. The current seems to be about 30 miles across. For most of our events, two higher levels of magnification - about 5 miles across - would be much better.
3. Terms and Conditions by category or event. The T&C's for one type of our events (say building trail) are totally inappropriate for another type (say a First Aid class). I would suggest and approach like the email for administrator. (a) a system-wide default in configuration, (b) a category-wide article name, or (c) an article for the event. The lowest specified (non-blank) would be used. Further, if the lowest specified is "none", no checkbox would be shown.

Hi John
Thanks for your suggestions. #1 and #2 are in process already. For #3, If we need that, to avoid making things confusing, I think that we will allow administrator to choose terms and conditions article for each individual event. And as you suggested, if no article is choosen, no checkbox will be displayed .
Thanks,
Tuan
