Custom Fields

Hi,

we run the same event types each year and i have a different group of custom fields per event type and having to add the custom fields to every new event is a very manual process.

it would be nice to be able to assign a custom field to an event type rather than having to do it to every event created.

Have you considered to assign custom field on the category basis instead of event basis. If you create a category per event type, all fields assigned to this category will be assigned to all event of that category.

The limitation is that you cannot have a mixte : Some fields assigned on a per event basis and others on a per category basis.

can you shed some more light on this please. i've had a look through and cannot seem to see the options. i'm fine with assigning them by category
