Recalculation of paypal transfer fee

Recalculation of paypal transfer fee was created by Walter Kafritsas
When I enable a deposit payment to be made via paypal the transfer fee (in %) is calculated from gross amount.
I would prefer the fee to be calculated from the deposit.
