Hello
As i needed it a few times, is it possible to re-send a ticket already paid to a buyer, when he didn't received of find it (spam deleted for ex) ?

It is supported already. Go to Events Booking -> Registrants, select the registration record, then press Re-send Email button in the toolbar and the email will be re-sent to that selected registrant

What version are you running? It was added several versions back (should be listed in the changelogs).

I'm assuming that you have [Configuration -> General -> Mail Settings -> Send Notification Emails] set to [Enable]... I took a quick glance in the backend and that's the only setting that I can see that could maybe affect this (I didn't look at a code level to see if there actually is anything that would toggle the button off).
