Custom Fields > BASIC (configuration)

>> Only show for last group member

Example:
This would be great if you want to include a final payment instruction Message to show up only one time just before the Billing Information and not on every Member's Information form.

I just discovered that I can accomplish what I want to do via:

Custom Fields > Display In > (Group Billing)
