Payment Plugin for SOFORT.com

Hi,
I need a payment-plugin for SOFORT.com. It is the most popular payment after Paypal in Germany, it translates "ImmediateTransaction" and is a System which almost all banks in Germany have included into their online banking. It iniciates a normal bank transaction via the standard login of the bank-clients online account and returns confirmation to the dealer immidiately, which makes normal transactions just as quick as Paypal.
Unfortunately, my programming skills are not that advanced, but regarding this API information page on Sofort.com, I guess it would be a peace of cake for you
