Custom fields for only "non" first group members

Custom fields for only "non" first group members was created by Jason Hughes
It would be helpful if custom fields had an option to only show up for the second+ group members.

Much like the option to "Only show for first group member" option, but instead "Do not show for first group member"

Any possibility this could be added?
