You can set the service fee to an dollar amount or percentage. It would be nice to have a percentage plus a fixed amount. Currently PayPal is 2.9% + $0.30. This would be a nice function especially with group registration.
I only knew that because we were needing the same thing a while back, gave that a try, and was happy myself to see that it worked; saves our treasurer extra work when balancing the books.
