White List Registrations

How much would it cost to implement a "white list" feature to only allow certain email addresses to be used to register for an event?

You know there is the option of restricting registration to joomla accounts? And also password protecting an event?

Is the white list say to just emails ending in @acompany.com - that can probably be done by tweaking the validation rule
