Simple but effective enhancements

Hi Tuan,

I a next version I like to see these enhancements:



- In the table view, I like to see (an option for) a column for the location and one for the start and end date (see the top of the example picture)
- Please include this information (the location and start and end date) in the registration form, confirmation page and e-mails to the customer too, so the customer can see for what event he/she is registering to and when the event is happening. (see the bottom of the example picture)
- In the Calendar view, for events that are two or more days, only the first day is shown. I would like to see (an option) so that an event that is two days or longer, is shown on every respective day in the Calendar
