Registrants List - Front End Question

Hello,

I see that you can list the registrants on the FE and I have seen the instructions:

Is this possible to have this shown to only one registered user?

My problem is that I setup events for others but I do not want to give access to the backend but I would like certain people to be able to download the registrants or see the list.

Is this possible?

I'm doing this on my site. I have set up that only event owners can see the registrant list and then when I'm creating the event I set the creator manually to that given user (there is a combo box for that). (i.e. it looks like the event was created by the given user.
