24 hour clock and Group Rates

It would be nice if we had the range of numbers changed from 0-23 hours to 1-24 hours to make picking the event time easier and if we could use mathematical operators to calculate group rates such as:

1 person: Price A
>3 people: Price B
>5 perople: Price C
