External events

We promote both our own events and other events run by other people.

Generally these other events are run through an affiliate program which is called by a link giving an affiliate code.

I'd like to be able to use the standard sign up section and then when someone wishes to sign up the program passes the link and affiliate code.

This can be done in the html block by putting the link there but the sign up link would need to be blocked out - It would be best if there was just a way to pass the link incl affiliate code at the Register button

Your amendment to the code to Disable registration solves this problem

I just disable registration for these external events and used html to link to the external affiliate sign up program
