Private Event feature

A very helpful feature would be to be able to make an event "private". My website is I would like to make and event available to only a small portion of a Joomla Group.

It would be helpful to have a "password" option for each event. Something as simple as a backend feature enabling a password required feature in order to register would be perfect. With this option, members of the site can send invitations to select users with the password for registering.

This was to have "hidden" events.

We don't have hidden events. However, we have a new feature called Event Password (or something like that) in version 1.7.0. Basically, event will still be displayed but if someone want to register for it, they will have to know the event password (admin someone needs to send this password to the registrants they want to be able to register for the event)
