Event registration enabled @ time & date

Is there anyway to have a registration for an event enabled at a specific time and date.

We really need this feature -

I do not see any option for that, although the EB gives options to have cut off date for registration and dead line to cancel a registration (plus lots of other cool option), no way to set the start of registration process!

This is something that I could benefit too, so this have my up vote.

I just completed developing this feature today. We will have it available in the next release (1.7.1), hopefully within this week
