Date/Time triggered registration access ? was created by FrankM
Example: My registration starts at 7/7/14 20:00
Can we have this field date/time triggered? So we can link to the event before this date but registrants can't register for an event.
From this date they can register for this event. Make live easier

Hey there!
I've just purchased the extension, and I would really like this feature!
Are there any chances it will be implemented?
Thanks
Nicolò
PS: in my situation, also the possibility to schedule event publishing would solve the problem

Agree on this,
would be a very useful feature, possibility to schedule event publishing would solve the problem for me also.

I just purchased this for a website and am surprised to find that the feature is not there.
We definitely need this. I have some events that sell out within a couple of hours. We advertise that the registrations will open on a given day at a given time.
We would still like for guests/members to be able to see the event in the upcoming list, and see the details. So it needs to display the opening Date and Time in place of the register button.
Regards
Andrew

Interesting because I saw this request in another topic and I agree with it. I notice that we have cut of for registration and dead-line for cancelling but no post-pone of registration.
I too would benefit from having the ability to postpone the beginning of registration, UP VOTE.

Both ideas of "start publishing" and "start accepting registrations" are good ones that I think would really enhance this component! Other components I have used in the past have at least one of these options.
TIME would be essential, especially in a situation where you advertise a certain start time. I would like to see a TIME option added to other DATE places too, such a registration cut-off and early-bird deadlines. Looking at the database entries, these are already stored in date & time, just with the time set to 00:00:00 (which must be ignored right now as the cutoff happens at the END of the day and not at 00:00:00 which would be 12-midnight at the start of the day).
Up-vote from me as well!
