Hi Piet
This is configurable and turn off by default. You can turn on this feature by loggin in to back-end of your site, access to Events Booking -> Configuration . Look at Themes tab, Set Show Event Date config option to Yes .

Hi Piet
That mean you don't have latest version of the extension on your site. Please login to your account, access to Customer Area menu item, then go to Order History to download the latest version of the extension and re-install it on your site. After that, you will see the config option .
