Add school or provider name to event display and t

Showing name of user who created the event in the event information page - We already have one row that displays the name of the location. The new row will display the name of the user who created the event as the provider having a contact user button on course information page and on event page. So users can click on the provider name to send email to event creator. (administrator can turn this off in the back), or a contact form that email directly to event creator and administrator.

This is good for reaching event creator so that even if there are two event using the same location, the creator of a particular event can still be reached.
