EB Plugin for invoice manager

We are an academy with about 250 students and I would perfectly like to combine Event bookings with the invoice manager extension from joomlathat ( www.joomlathat.com/invoice-manager ) to do the full billing process for all our courses online.

Is it possible to code a plugin for Events booking to trigger and push the data from a course registration (user + course data) into the invoice manager and start the billing there? (the feature list of EB says, it is how costly would this be, if I finance this right away?

Here the use case in detail:
a user registers for a course (that has 10 modules/parts) and first pays only the deposit / registration fee in EB at the time of booking. (The bill will be sent as PDF via mail by EB.) So far this can be done with EB. By finishing this and submitting the registration, the new plug in should now take all relevant data and hand it over to the invoice manager and set up a first course bill for the upcoming first course there (so far the bill can remain unpublished, as the participant will only be billed full price, if resp. AFTER he/she attends the course, otherwise a 30% fee - done in invoice manager). This bill and the other 9 bills for the 10 modules will then be billed in the invoice manager with their recurring bills feature.
