Csv file backand is different from frontend

Csv file backand is different from frontend was created by wuijsman
When i make a csv file of registrants in Event Booking from the backend all is well, but when i make a csv file from the frontend the "name" field is missing.
All the other fields are theren and good.
Who can help me?
