Check box for acymailing plugin (Membership Pro)

Request for the Acymailing plugin for Membership Pro (though suspect it will apply elsewhere too)

Would it be possible to add a checkbox so people can opt out of the mailing list instead of being autosubscribed? Haven't checked with a lawyer, but some people are under the impression its illegal to sign up people in the US without asking them. And its courtesy

In Germany it is considered bad business behavior at least.
Some consider it illegal.

Therefor opt-out/opt-in feature would be great for all EB newsletter plugins.
