Edit other user's events from frontend

I would be great, if one could allow administrators to edit other user's events from the frontend management system. Currently, administrators can only edit their own events from the frontend. I would image that it would be easy to implement this small change, which I miss from my old event component (Jevents).

It would be greater (for my application) if this could be done via a parameter switch. With my current version (1.6.3) I do not seem to be able to prevent users from editing each others event.

This could be due to the fact I'm new to this package. Any help is appreciated.
