Payment Plugin for iDeal Sisow

I need a payment plugin for iDeal via Sisow.

This plugin should allow to use iDeal Sisow payment gateway for processing payment in Events Booking extension.

A payment plugin for Sisow would be a great addition, as well for TargetPay. Mollie was the first payment service provider who offered iDEAL without a monthly payment for a subscription. Sisow and TargetPay started at a later date and are cheaper than Mollie nowadays.
