Restrict registration to specific user groups

dis/allow registration to an event based on the joomla user group. Many of our customers would offer memberships and depending on the type of membership a person has entitles them to register to attend certain events.

Is there a plan to add this capability to Event Booking? If not, could it be developed - we would pay for this.

What Joomla version you are using ? If you are using Joomla 2.5, then it is possible. The solution is :

- Create the Joomla Groups you want to be able to register for this event .

- Create a new access level for these groups .

- Edit the event, set Registration access to the new access level which you just created .

After that, it will work as expected .
