I love the custom field feature - especially for managing fees.
However, our fees vary by category.
We are a language school and we have a registration fee of:
- $40 for Adult Classes
- $25 for Children's Classes
We add classes to the schedule all the time. The way it works now, I have to remember to go back into custom fields and include each new class as I add it. If we could assign the field to appear by Category, it would not only be easier for me, but the quality would go to 100% as I would not have to remember an extra manual step for each class.
