Category Color on Calendar

It would be great to have the background colour of events on the calendar to be a different colour depending on the category. Ideally with a key.

Agree this is the only feature missing for my client who has MANY types of categories and would like to have a color code to give a visual display of each event. I noticed an update in another post that this can be modified via CSS - where are the instructions to do this?

Is this going to change any time in the near future? Next 60 days or so?

I just implemented this feature (infact, improved it). Now, when you create/edit a category, you can choose color for events of that category using a nice color picker. After that, events of that category will be displayed in the calendar using the selected color. (See the attached images)

To have this feature on your site, please login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version (1.4.5) and upgrade it to you site .

This feature has just implemented few minutes ago, so as I said, you will need to login to access to My Downloads menu item (if your subscription is still active - we provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase), download latest version and upgrade to your site. After that, you will have the feature !

Hey thats modification is Gr8. But i think that will be nice if you add this color to all days of event - not only start day.
