Offline Plug in with access levels

Thank you for this component.
We use it to book party dates. Some are taken by phone and the manager needs to enter them manually online so we don't double book. Would like for him to use offline payment option but not registered members, only admins.
It would be great if there were Access Levels you can set on the Plug in so only Admin sees the Offline payment option.

yes, i agree. It would be nice to assign joomla user groups or access levels to payment plugins. So somepeople can only use payment 1 and others can use 1 and 2.
