I would like to see Event Date in the administration view of Registrants Management. It shows Registration Date but I need to see the date of event aswell, as some of our events have the same name.

This feature is available already. You just need to go to Event Booking -> Configuration, looks at Themes tab, find the config option Show Event Date, set it to Yes. After that, it will work as expected .
